I hereby authorise IBG Geodezja LLC based in Mińsk Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) to process my voluntarily provided personal data, exceeding the database that the Employer may require for work, pursuant to the binding regulations of the Labour Code and other applicable laws. I have been informed about the right to withdraw my consent at any time. However, withdrawing it shall not affect the lawfulness of processing personal data prior to consent’s withdrawal. I declare that providing my personal data which exceed the database set out in the Labour Code and other applicable laws is voluntary and beneficial for me.

Your personal data are being processed due to your participation in the recruitment process, in accordance with binding provisions of the Labour Code and other applicable laws which oblige the Employer to fulfil the duties imposed on Them by the provisions of the law, as well as basing on your declaration to voluntarily provide your personal data due to your participation in the recruitment process.

Recipients of your personal data may be:

  1. IBG Geodezja LLC,
  2. entities providing the Employer services in the area of: recruitment, health and safety, medical examinations of employees, IT.

 

Your personal data will be stored:

  1. to the end of the recruitment process within which you applied for a job at the Employer, if you haven’t agreed on processing your data in the future recruitment processes,
  2. up to 2 years from the day of application if you have agreed on processing your data in the future recruitment processes.

 

Applicants should note that:

  1. they have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time. Withdrawing it shall not affect the lawfulness of processing personal data prior to consent’s withdrawal.
  2. they have the right to access their personal data, rectify, update and remove them, or limit their processing, as well as object to any processing and transfer any data (right to data portability);
  3. they have the right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;
  4. providing their personal data is voluntary, however, failing to do that prevents from participation in the recruitment process.
